Overall, I am satisfied with this lab marker. I have been using it to label Eppendorf tubes and PCR tubes. The ink is clear to read. One feature I especially like is the fine tip side of the pen it's ideal for labeling small lab tubes.
I haven't experienced any issues during routine lab use. The only time the ink was affected was when TRIzol was accidentally spilled onto the label causing it to dissolve. It's known that TRIzol is a harsh chemical so I don't consider this as a problem with the pen itself.
Getting a good alcohol-resistant marker has alway been a struggle.
The ones available from our own lab supplier cost 5,50 $ a piece... and they're way too thick.
But now that is a thing of the past! Love them!
Funcionan perfectamente. Les he probado en mi laboratorio con alcohol al 70% y no se borran. Con alcohol al 96% si que se borra, pero hay que darle durante mucho tiempo y con fuerza. Son increíbles. Les recomiendo 100%
Genuinely fantastic, especially the black pens (blue and red could be a little more pigmented but still amazing). Do not budge even after countless times dousing in EtOH 70%.
